After Big K.R.I.T.'s performance at the FADER FORT, he gave details about his debut album Live From The Underground. The Mississipi native stated that he wanted his debut to maintain the "soulful, country, gritty," sound that he's known for. Krizzle also mentioned samples were barely used this time around to avoid certain legal issues, however he was able to create music that sounded like he used samples. Live From The Underground is due on June 5th.
